Avoid the Halloween Candy Crazy
Halloween is finally here! For most of us, that means scary movies, pumpkin carving, and chowing down on way too much candy. Although overindulging can be fun, it’s not necessarily the best idea. Consuming too much candy is a sure way to negatively impact your health, from weight gain to tooth decay and even an increased chance of developing diabetes. Completely avoiding Halloween treats might not be the answer, but we’ve put together some tips to help you avoid the candy craze.
